Abbie Cornish (born 7 August 1982) is an Australian actress. Cornish is well known for her film roles as Heidi in Somersault (2004) Fanny Brawne in Bright Star (2009) Sweet Pea in Sucker Punch (2011) Lindy in Limitless (2011) Clara Murphy in RoboCop (2014) as Sarah as Sarah in Geostorm (2017) as well as for her role with director Martin McDonagh in Seven Psychopaths (2012) and three Billboards outside Ebbing, Missouri (2017). Cornish played a part in the cast that won her the very first Screen Actors Guild Award for the film Three Billboards Outside Ebbing Missouri (2017). Betty Gilpin.........................American actress Betty Gilpin was fortunate to have both of her parents be professional actors. Jack Gilpin, star of Adventureland 2009 and a host of other movies is her father. Ann McDonough was her mother. With the love and encouragement of her parents helped make the decision to pursue acting a natural choice for the younger Betty Gilpin. Fordham College is where Betty Gilpin learned to be an actor. Gilpin continued to be a candidate for TV and film roles while performing in Off Broadway productions. Following a brief appearance on the NBC show Law & Order: Criminal Intent, Gilpin landed small roles in Ghost Town (2009) and The Northern Kingdom (2008). Gilpin gained a lot of TV knowledge in the next years, mainly through guest roles. She finally got her major break when she landed Nurse Jackie's role as a regular on the show in 2013. Gilpin played Dr. Carrie Roman Gilpin on 34 episodes before Nurse Jackie was pulled in June. Gilpin was also a part of the thriller mystery True Story (2015).
